As teachers, we are always looking for the most comfortable shoes that will last us all day without pain. Oh, and don’t forget, they must look cute! I feel like I’ve found the brand that fits my teacher-shoe desires. Earth Brands are officially my favorite teacher shoes!
Disclaimer, I am no fashion model. But I do love these shoes. I found out about them through Caitlin at Teach Inspire Change (the real teacher-fashionista). I have always been a flats kind of girl, but as of lately, I’ve needed more support. Although I still love the occasional Target flat, I need something that doesn’t make me feel like I’m walking barefoot when I’m teaching.
Earth Brands have an innovative cushioned footbed for all day comfort. You can read more about that here.
The shoes pictured here are Essen in navy. They have a little bit of a heel, with layers of cushion which makes them incredibly easy and comfy to wear. They remind me of a modern ballet slipper.
These gladiator sandals (Bay) are the perfect walking sandal for traveling. I wore them all across Italy last summer and they were so comfy.
I have two pair of Breeze. They are soft, comfortable, and gorgeous. These are by far my favorite of the bunch for teaching. They have a great stretch to them and are super flexible for all those “teacher moves” we do.
These were my first pair, Bellwether. Simple, comfy, and (as you can see) very loved. They are leather upper and have arch support for lasting comfort.
These are also the Essen, but in plum. They look like a rich merlot in person.
Another fabulous reason to love Earth Brands is they are earth conscious in many ways (read more here).
Do you own any Earth Brands shoes? What are you favorite teacher shoes? I’d love to hear from you!
