Product Review {laminator & paper cutter}
I finally did it!
I bought myself a personal laminator and paper cutter 🙂
I feel like a true teacher now!
{now if only I had an office just for teacher things…}
I’ve seen a lot of you asking the same questions I was while looking for these items, so I wanted to give you a quick review before you buy!
Scotch Thermal Laminator
{2 Roll Laminator TL901 from Amazon $24.97}
It’s about the size of a small printer, but much lighter!
It comes with 2 pieces that are very easy to put together.

voila!

Easy buttons
{on & off}
{paper settings: 3mil-normal paper, 5+mil-cardstock and thicker paper}
It takes about 5 minutes to warm up and then the “ready” light comes on!

I noticed a difference in the laminating thickness between the scotch laminator & a school laminator.
{the scotch laminator is MUCH thicker, which makes me think it will last longer :)}
thick flimpsy
oh la la!
I love this little guy & would recommend it to any teacher looking for a low-priced, easy, quality laminator!

next up…
Swingline ClassicCut Lite
{from Amazon $29.32}
It’s about 1ft by 1ft.

It can cut about 4-5 pieces of card stock, about 10 sheets of copy paper, & can cut 12 inches long.
There’s even a lock so that the sharp blade won’t swing about!
{my kitty likes this safety feature too ;)}
I love this paper cutter & have been using it non-stop! I would recommend this to any teacher looking for a small, but useful paper cutter!

I hope this helps your decision making!
It’s the best decision I made, especially right before school starts!
