Books Bloggers Love: Click Clack Boo!
School is in full swing and it’s time to start thinking about FALL! We ladies are Books Bloggers Love have another set of fabulous books for you! My book is Click, Clack, Boo!

I adore all the “Click Clack” stories, they are too cute. Those little farm animals are always up to silly things. I especially adore that duck 😉
This is a light-hearted quick read that shares how Farmer Brown is afraid of Halloween. While he is hiding in his house, the animals are having a party in the barn.

This is a simple story that I love to read before/on Halloween in my class. Then we do a fun directed drawing of a barn from the Directed Drawing Pack by From the Pond.

We of course add some of our favorite characters from the book in costume 🙂
Under our drawing we write a brief summary of the book. We use thinking maps in my district, so we  use a tree map to tell the main idea of the story and 3 details about it. We finish off by making writing in a paragraph {click HERE or on the picture for a free download of the tree map}.
We do this so often with most anything we read. We are experts by October 😉
